I'm gained alot this one year and I htought I should lose weight(urggg hate outside, but must do it....)
Well anyway I wanted to lose weight because I want to improve my family, they call me ....You know.
Scond, I really want to be skinier than Sarang(I wonder she lost weight)....

Tips on loosing or gaining weight.....
Loosing Weight.....

1. Cut your goddamm calories..!!!
     Eat calories that less than you eat and also count your calories for example, I ate 2000 calories, then I'm going to eat 1500 calories...
2. Exercise.....and today from now on, I'm going to exercise about 1hr....I still can't believe my friend lost 9 pound...DANG
3. Weight my body....URGGG I hate that....

Gaining Weight(Read this carefully if you have eating disorder.....)
1. Drink water, YES WATER....!!!! If you happens to drink water alot, it'll stick to your stomach....
2. Sleep, YES SLEEP....!!!!! It will help you becasue more people sleep, you gain Weight

Today was Wicked because I went to shopping, I only bout 2 t-shirt and leggings at Hollister and I went to Hot Topic, really cool place, going to buy vintage stuffs, not goth. I'll probably show you what I bought later because I'm using my brother's laptop.....And I miss photoshop, gonna ask my friend about that.....
